Accessing Images
What is my ID?
The ID is located under the child’s proof image and it is the same for all images on your proof.
Where are the pose numbers?
The pose numbers are located under the child’s proof image.
The pose number is highlighted in BLUE
and the student’s ID is highlighted in YELLOW.

Ordering Packages
Can I mix Student IDs in a package?
Student IDs cannot be mixed in a package. You may add multiple IDs to your online order, but only one ID can be used within a package.
What is the difference between the standard and deluxe packages?
All images go through our standard editing process. However, deluxe retouching comes with better sharpness and color as well as more in-depth retouching of minor blemishes on the face and clothing.
If you have a specific editing request, you may purchase the deluxe package and state your request in the comment section on the check out page.

You will have immediate access to your photos upon completing your order and be able to download them to your preferred devices.
Natural lighting, color, and details are preserved.

Your images will be processed within 3 to 4 weeks
and arrive in your email to download to your preferred devices.

The system said a “duplicate order has been placed.” What does that mean?
There may have been an error in the payment information, please review your information and try again after 5 minutes. You will not be charged unless the order goes through.
Trouble placing an order?
We recommend ordering on a computer, as some mobile browsers run slower making it difficult to open and to view proofs.

Shipping/Mailing
Can pictures be mailed to my home?
Yes, give us a call and there will be a $7.95 charge for regular mail (USPS) and a $19.96 charge for UPS added to order.
If your order is on-time, it will be processed and sent to the school with FREE SHIPPING.
If it is past the due date, when you place your order online the shipping will be automatically processed in your order total based on which mailing service you choose.
Can I place an order after the due date?
Yes, orders can be placed after the due date but will not receive free shipping for school pickup. Late orders will be processed separately and mailed to shipping address provided with a $7.95 charge for USPS shipping and $19.96 for UPS shipping.

I placed a paper order and my credit card company said that there was a decline, how can I remedy this?
